Reclusive

Kurai sat on a rock, holding a ribbon tightly in her clasped hands. Her palms were bloody and her face was streaked with tears, which indicated something had crossed her mind that she didnt want to hear.

She dropped the ribbon down beside her, proceeding to dig her nails into the palms of her hands to draw new blood. Her body shook and her sobs were choked and broken. Whatever she had heard had hit her hard.

"Kurai, are you OK?" Itachi asked her as he appeared in a swirl of leaves.

She shook her head and mouthed 'no' but no noise came from her mouth. She hurriedly wiped her eyes and wiped her palms on her cloak, trying to look like less of a wreck.

"Are you sure Kurai?" he asked her.

She tucked her knees up to her chest and leaned her head against them, not bothering to say any more since her voice was too shaky to understand. She held up a hand to show the damage she'd done.

She raised her head slightly so her mouth wasnt covered.
"I...Found out my father isnt who he seems...My friend Emi and i have been by each others side since we were children...Until someone killed her clan and i moved away...Turns out...The reason WHY my dad moved away was...was..."
Her voice wavered.
"He was the killer..."

The hand he held tensed a bit.
"Itachi...I couldnt burden you with that..."
She looked up at him, a flash of worry sparking through her eyes.
"I didnt even know what he was capable of until now...If he hurt you..."
She shook her head.

She paused for a moment, her eyes lighting up at the thought of not being under threat from her father anymore. She let out a sigh.
"Yes...You're right,"
She murmured in agreement, her free hand wiping the tears from her cheeks.
"Thank you..."

She opened her mouth then tensed, her eyes widening slightly.
"He's...Here..."
She scrambled to her feet, looking around desperately as a shadow crept towards her feet.

Itachi stood straight up and looked towards the direction of the shadow that was creeping up on her.

She grabbed her sword with her bloodied hands and slammed it onto the ground with a pained growl. The ground crumbled and spiked upwards, causing the shadow to retreat. A man walked into the clearing since his hiding place was now destroyed.

"You must be Kurai's father. Hmm, a pitiful fool of a man if I ever saw one and this is after looking at Deidara" Itachi said coldly, making a joke, despite the seriousness of the situation.

The mans mouth twithed into an irritated frown.
"Itachi Uchiha if i'm not mistaken...Would you kindly step aside, Kurai has to go...Home..."
He muttered as Kurai flinched.

"My answer to you is this: NO. You are a pitiful man and you are a fool as well. If you think I would let you harm Kurai, you are sadly mistaken. Now, here's how we do this. You either leave her alone or I will Tsukuyomi you until your mind shatters like glass" he said with a cold glare.

He scoffed, merely thinking Itachis threats were empty words. He took another step.
"She has duties to fulfill..."
He muttered darkly, his eyes travelling to Kurai harshly.

Itachi appeared in front of him and looked into his eyes. "Tsukuyomi" he said as he dragged Kurai's father into the Blood Moon World. Kurai's father appeared in the middle of a street, tied up to a lamp post. Itachi appeared in front of him. "Welcome to the world of Tsukuyomi. For the next 72 hours, you will be repeatedly stabbed in every part of your body by Kurai, her friend Emi and Kurai's mother" he said as he disappeared and Kurai, Emi and Kurai's mother appeared with swords in their hands.

Kurai paused for a second, hesitantly approaching Itachis side. She looked at her father, relaxing a bit. Soon after he let out a blood-chilling scream. She whimpered and buried her face in Itachis arm, which was something she would only resort to if she was geniunely frightened.

"71 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds remaining" said the Itachi inside the Tsukuyomi world.

Her father continued to shout and scream, begging for the pain to stop even though he was only a minute into it. He was obviously very mentally weak. He even shouted for Kurai to help him but she obviously didnt answer his pleas.

"Kurai won't help you here. Now you see the power of a true murderer, now you see the power of hatred and anger. This is power, this is hatred and now you what it feels like. Does it feel good? Considering by the way your screaming, it sure doesn't sound like it. Considering by what Kurai told me of you, I thought you would be one for pain and torture. Looks like you are as pathetic as I thought you were. You don't know the meaning of power nor do you know the meaning of hatred. 71 hours, 55 minutes, 47 seconds remaining" said the Tsukuyomi world Itachi.
